Booking Procedure / Cancellation Policy New Clients All new clients must fill out a client induction pack before a booking can be made. To request one please call the office on 01270 876311 or email email@example.com & enter 'rider reg form request' in the subject field. Note: Minimum rider age is 4 & we're not currently taking on clients over 11 stone (this includes riding clothes, hats and boots). Lesson Cancellation Clients are ask to not attend their lesson if they or a member of their household are showing any signs of Coronavirus, have tested positive or have been advise to self isolate. We have changed the cancellation policy to try and accommodate this, however it is not sustainable as a business to have no policy at all:- Private and group lessons are booked/paid for upfront. Lessons may becancelled by 5pm the day before the booking, after this deadline the full fee will be lost.

Text (Yard Mobile) 07746 113625 This phone stays in the office - we do not hear it ring on the yard - it is only manned during normal working hours - we will not receive messages left after 5pm, we will pick up messages left the following morning, & will call you back.

Oakhanger Pony Club Activities All activities are paid for at the time of booking. There is no refund no transfer with Pony Club activities. If you are unable to attend an activity you have booked, please let the yard know via one of the above methods, this will allow your allocated horse or pony to be untacked.
